Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped within one business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
If you place your order on a holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s), we may not be able to ship within 24 hours but will ship on the next business day.
We ship domestic orders which include all 50 states and US territories but do not ship internationally.
It is rare, but on occasion, we may be out of stock of a particular item. We will keep you informed via email of any backorders, including estimated time of arrival.
To expedite your order, we may need to send your order in two separate shipments (in-stock vs. back-ordered) at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Fees and Taxes

If your order is over $50, shipping is free via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please note that the order amount is calculated AFTER the coupon code is applied, if applicable.
For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate mailing fee of $9.90 per order.
All orders are subject to a Washington state sales tax, except for Cascade Integrative Medicine patients, which are tax-free for prescribed supplements. Please note that a coupon code is required to verify that you are a patient of Cascade Integrative Medicine in order to make a purchase tax-free. The coupon code can be obtained by calling the Cascade Integrative Medicine office at (425) 391-5270, option 1.
If you make an error when entering your shipping address or need your shipment to be forwarded to another address, additional charges may apply.

All packages are delivered via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight.
Delivery is typically in 1-3 business days within the continental United States for items that are in stock. Items that are back-ordered or out of stock may take longer depending on product availability from our suppliers.
Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Your confirmation email will provide you with the USPS tracking number to assist you in tracking your order.
If you do not receive an email, please contact us to assist you in tracking your order and provide you with estimated date of arrival. Please have your order number and/or order information available to expedite the tracking of your order.
