The product requires a password. How do I purchase this product?

Certain products we carry require that you are a patient of Cascade Integrative Medicine in order to purchase them.  Please give us a call at (425) 395-7540 if you need the password.  Once we verify that you are a patient, we will happily provide this to you.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover.  We also accept payment through PayPal.

What are the delivery charges?

 The shipping fee is $9.90 for orders under $50.  For overs $50, shipping is free.

How long until my order arrives?

Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST typically ship on the same day.  Delivery within the continental United States is typically 1-3 business days.  If your item is backordered, delivery may be delayed until the item becomes available.

Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?

If you require expedited shipping, please give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I place my order over the phone?

We prefer that you place your order online since this will link the shipment tracking information with your order.  If you are having technical difficulties placing your order online, please call us, and we’ll be glad to assist you.  We can be reached at (425) 395-7540.

Are your probiotics shipped cold?

It depends on the product.  The viability of some probiotics requires refrigeration, in which case, the probiotics are refrigerated and shipped cold.  Some probiotics are intended to be stored at room temperature, so these are shipped without cold packs.

I only received part of my order.

If part of your order is backordered, we may ship your products separately to ensure that you have what you need quickly.  If this happens, your backordered product will ship as soon as it is available.  In the meantime, we will be in touch with you on the status of your pending shipment.

What if I received the wrong product?

Despite our best efforts, mistakes occasionally happen.  If you receive the wrong product, please call us, and we’ll make sure the product you ordered arrives as quickly as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can.  Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your order’s tracking number.  If you didn’t receive the email or, if you can’t locate the tracking number, please give us a call, and we’ll be glad to help you.
