To purchase a SIBO test kit, we must have your provider’s order on file.  Please do not order a test kit here unless you have been contacted by The Center for SIBO Testing.

This is a one-time, non-refundable payment of $35 for shipping, handling, and procurement of a SIBO breath test kit.

This charge is not covered by insurance and is separate from, and in addition to, the laboratory charge of $225, which will be billed to the patient’s insurance as long as The Center for SIBO Testing is in-network with the patient’s insurance plan.
